Headline MICE Initiatives from Corinthia Hotels 2015
Corinthia Hotels, the internationally renowned collection of luxury hotels, launched ‘Food for Thought’, a range of new healthy eating options for MICE planners and their business travellers, aimed at keeping them physically healthy and mentally focused, developed in collaboration with a leading Nutritional Therapist, Jeannette Hyde. Each of the nine Corinthia hotels offers their own unique Food for Thought menu based on fresh and locally-sourced ingredients. The menus have been designed by Corinthia chefs and expert nutritionist Jeannette Hyde, who is a degree-qualified Nutritional Therapist trained in Functional Medicine. (May 2015)
Corinthia Hotels launched a dedicated Meetings app aimed at event organisers and their delegates, ensuring the ultimate in personalised connectivity throughout corporate events at Corinthia. Easily downloadable and instantly updateable, it is the ideal way for event organisers to stay in touch with their delegates, inform them of last-minute meeting changes and any upcoming activities, using the dedicated My Meetings section of the app. The app’s features also include information about the hotels, an overview of Corinthia Offers and a ‘Book My Room’ reservation feature. The award-winning Corinthia Hotel Budapest launches its brand-new Royal Lounge, Hungary’s first lounge dedicated to organisers of MICE events among its 5-star hotels. Corinthia Hotel Prague, leading MICE hotel in the Czech Republic, continues its drive to be the best, having successfully completed its ambitious €250,000-project to upgrade the hotel’s meetings and events audio-visual infrastructure. Highlights include a first of its kind in Prague 4.54 X 2.55 M SI BLACK screen to absorb ambient light, information Touch Multimedia kiosks (pictured), state of the art screens and projectors in main meeting spaces, and brand-new sound systems and lighting rigs.
