Corinthia Hotels, the internationally renowned brand of luxury hotels, won five coveted awards at the 2015 World Travel Awards, held on 5th September in Sardinia, Italy.

The five-star Corinthia Hotel Lisbon was awarded both ‘Europe’s Leading Green Hotel’ and ‘Portugal’s Leading Conference Hotel’, in recognition of the hotel’s outstanding long-term energy efficiency project and its world-class business facilities and service. Corinthia Hotel Prague was named the ‘Czech Republic’s Leading Business Hotel’, while Corinthia Palace Hotel & Spa, Malta’s leading Grande Dame hotel, took home ‘Malta’s Leading Spa Resort’. The Royal Residences at Corinthia Hotel Budapest won ‘Hungary’s Leading Hotel Residences 2015’.

With its state-of-the-art conference facilities, Corinthia Hotel Lisbon boasts the largest and best-equipped hotel conference and events centre in Lisbon, with 16 rooms gathered in the same floor with natural day light and a capacity for up to 1,400 delegates in a multi-purpose 32,000 square-feet space. Sustainability is a top priority, which is why the hotel launched a ground-breaking Hotel Energy Efficiency project in recent years, comprising of tailor-made engineering solutions with state-of-the-art equipment.
