CHL is the operator, having exclusive management licenses to operate hotels under the Corinthia Brand.
The Company manages a number of properties in various locations including Malta, Khartoum, Budapest, Bucharest, Prague, and Tunisia. Moreover, in 2018 Corinthia entered agreement to develop and manage Corinthia Grand Hotel Du Boulevard Bucharest. In 2019, the Reuben Brothers have acquired a historic property in the centre of Rome and entered into contractual arrangements with Corinthia Hotels to develop, lease and operate it as an ultra-luxury hotel. In 2020, Corinthia Hotels signed an agreement with United Development Company (UDC), the Qatari master developer of The Pearl in Doha, to manage and operate a luxury Corinthia hotel to be built in UDC’s newest flagship real estate development, Gewan Island.
